This isn't the LA Times or Orange County Register. We are actually interested in the long
term cultural development of the Community of Dana Point, and especially
the opinions of the people who live in Dana Point.
Of course, Dana Point now includes Capistrano Beach, Monarch Beach, and the so-called
"Lantern District." (Those of us who have lived in Dana Point for
some time remember when the whole of Dana Point was what we now
call the Lantern District, named for the Lanterns that the roads
were named after, in the original 1923 development).
